We want you to love your Selah Living Co. products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
How to Return
- Email us first at contact@selahlivingco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
