We ship across the European Union.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment locations in Finland, Latvia, or Spain, depending on product availability and delivery address.
EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY
Shipping rates
• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Rates range from €5.50 to €150, depending on parcel weight and destination.
Delivery time
• Estimated delivery time within the EU: 3–10 working days, depending on destination country and warehouse location.
• You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (Outside the EU)
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination.
A shipping quote will be calculated at checkout before confirming your order.
Please note:
• Some products may be unavailable for international delivery due to legal or logistical restrictions.
• If a product cannot be shipped internationally, this will be indicated on the product page.
CUSTOMS, DUTY & TAXES
For orders delivered outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
• Orders are dispatched as soon as reasonably possible.
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
• If delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is returned to us, the order will be refunded once received.
If you need to amend your delivery address prior to dispatch, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand). If this happens, we will inform you and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Gift wrapping and gift notes may be available for selected products.
If you would like to include a gift message, please contact us shortly after placing your order.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
